Ideally panchakarma should be done for 21 days. But knowing that people have very demanding lives, you can choose three different panchakarma packages, consisting of minimum 2 weeks and maximum 4 weeks.
If you have undergone a full 4-week panchakarma program, you definitely will start to see clear improvement in your health conditions. Sometimes total reversal of disease is possible, depending on how severe the condition was to begin with. Even with the 2-week panchakarma package you will feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
